As a Lead Consultant in Employee & Labor Relations, you will work with a prominent client in the healthcare sector based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This hybrid role offers flexibility with some remote work options. You will manage and resolve employee relations matters, including complaints, disputes, claims, and allegations, in both unionized and non-unionized environments while ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additionally, you will engage in collective bargaining discussions, representing our client’s interests in employee relations matters.

What We're Looking For
- Expertise in Employee Relations: Proven experience in handling employee grievances and leading complex cases.
- Strong Knowledge of California Labor & Employment Law: Well-versed in the intricacies of state labor laws.
- Collective Bargaining Experience: Experience in collective bargaining is highly valued but not required.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at navigating challenging situations and finding effective solutions.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- Independent & Team-Oriented: Capability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive Management: Ability to manage complex labor and employee relations issues from start to finish.
- Position Type: Consultant (1099 - Independent Contractor)
- Duration: 3-6 months, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
- Compensation: \(55-\)60 per hour (non-negotiable)
- Start Date: Immediate availability is preferred.
