We are revamping Organic Social Media at AT&T and you could be part of the transformation. You will be strategic, analytical, a change agent and someone who others seek out for your expertise. Essential Functions
- Reinvigorate and reestablish our Social Center of Excellence as the go-to resource for social media best practices, trainings, communications and collaboration across the company.
- Collaborate with platform, vendor and agency teams to stay on the cusp of innovation, then translate that information into actionable insights to improve our social relevance
- Ensure our brand is kept safe on social, contributing to social media policy, social media training, access assurance processes, tools oversite and audits.
- Maintain oversite, ensure compliance and guide operational excellence across our full AT&T social media ecosystem inclusive of core brand, extended brands, and retail store handles.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize constantly, identify trends and inform future strategies. Track, analyze and report on key impacts.
- Prioritize and reprioritize masterfully and with limited direction, including work for self and for team with keen anticipation of business needs
- Find Bright Spots and make more of them! Lead with an optimistic point of view and be resilient
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Social Media Governance & Ops lead for a Brand or Agency
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their associated business managers, and operational best practices
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends
- Thrive in ambiguity and the charting of new courses; no one day is the same as another
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt rapidly to aggressive deadlines
- Education: Preferred bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Typically, 6+ years of relevant experience in field and or certification may be required.
- Supervisory: No.
