Job Title: Lead Product Analyst

Job Overview

As the Lead Product Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving data-driven decisions that shape our product strategy and execution. In this role, you will lead a team of analysts, oversee the analysis of product performance, and provide actionable insights to enhance product offerings. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of product analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product analysis strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to product performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Partner with product managers to define product roadmaps based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, actionable reports to senior leadership.
  • Lead the design and execution of A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product analytics processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing analytical teams.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Expertise in A/B testing, customer segmentation, and market research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of product management and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence product strategy through data-driven insights.
