Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of product analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product analysis strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to product performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Partner with product managers to define product roadmaps based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, actionable reports to senior leadership.
- Lead the design and execution of A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes.
- Drive continuous improvement in product analytics processes and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading and developing analytical teams.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Expertise in A/B testing, customer segmentation, and market research methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of product management and agile development methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence product strategy through data-driven insights.
