Lead Solar/BESS Operations Engineer

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational solar + BESS assets in Texas. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities.

Opportunity

• Function as the operations lead for utility scale solar and BESS projects 100MW+
• Knowledge of design, including physical design and protective relaying/control
• Actively participate in management, monitoring, compliance, and root-cause analysis for large scale RE projects
• Interface directly with clients, vendors and subcontractors
• QA/QC or projects and mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical experience
• PE license preferred (not required)
• Able to commute to office on a hybrid schedule (downtown Dallas)
