What Would You Do As a Leadership Development Director

As a Leadership Development Director at Journey Group, you will have the exciting opportunity to create and oversee training initiatives including onboarding, coaching, succession planning, leadership development, engagement and individual development action plans for leaders to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Design, create, and deliver dynamic, interactive, and highly effective professional development content and training experiences to include new and ongoing leadership development training programs. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR ROLE?

To excel as a Leadership Development Director at Journey Group, candidates should possess a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, education or a related field. Additionally, 7-10 + years of experience in learning design and improvement development, assessment methodology, and / or adult learning theory is required. Demonstrated ability to engage, motivate and support learning deliverables is a must. Successful candidates will enjoy working in a strategic and collaborative manner, as well as facilitating effective solutions for our workforce face-to-face in a classroom or construction job site environment.
