What You'll Do:

  • Plant Lean Strategy and Roadmap:
    • Collaborate with the Plant Manager to consolidate the annual Plant Lean roadmap.
    • Communicate and align the roadmap with the Group Lean Manager.
    • Ensure the coordination and follow-up of the yearly Plant Lean roadmap.
    • Report on the deployment of the Plant Lean Roadmap to the Group Lean Manager and site CODIR.
  • Roadmap Deployment on Site:
    • Lead and deploy best practices within the operations organization.
    • Support continuous improvement by reducing process costs, improving material flow, and shortening cycle times.
    • Lead Lean workshops according to the yearly defined roadmap.
    • Participate in routine production site meetings.
    • Coordinate and lead Lean implementation at the plant level.
  • Audit and Compliance:
    • Assess the plant's Lean practices and standards according to Lean PES audit guidelines and through Management Reviews.
    • Prepare for Lean Plant PES audits and ensure maximum compliance with PES best practices.
    • Actively participate in the Lean management network and yearly Lean events on-site.
  • Training and Development:
    • Train and support site operational teams using Lean training modules, group training, and skill management tools.
    • Stay updated on the latest Lean practices and integrate technological advancements into the plant's operations.
What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • Proven experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement roles, preferably in a plant environment.
  • Strong understanding of Lean principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Experience in coordinating and leading Lean initiatives at a plant level.
  • Ability to conduct audits and ensure compliance with Lean standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in training and developing teams on Lean practices.
