Join our team, where we empower you to manage and maintain real estate portfolio data for our esteemed clients. As a Lease Administration Senior Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and integrity in lease management, financial transactions, and client relationships.

What You'll Do

Data Integrity Champion: Input, maintain, and organize lease data into our management software, ensuring precision in lease dates, financial transactions, and account reconciliations.

Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients and landlords, resolving critical issues and maintaining strong relationships.

Team Leadership: Provide direction to your peers, ensuring workflow efficiency and conducting quality control reviews to uphold data accuracy.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed lease abstracts, variance reports, and other analyses to provide valuable insights to clients.

Financial Oversight: Manage payables and receivables associated with leases, collaborating closely with accounting teams for seamless processing.

Operational Excellence: Monitor lease audit requirements, maintain critical date reports, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience considered.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

Ability to analyze complex issues and apply sound judgment.

Eastern Time Zone residency required for remote work.
