Position: Leasing Manager

Location: Saint Petersburg, FL

Pay: $20- $22/hr (Based on experience)

Experience: Previous property or related experience

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm (with the ability to work weekends as needed)

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Post payments and late fees
• Arrange building maintenance as needed
• Draft and prepare leases
• Verify rental information
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of Rental Management software or similar applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
