Lecturer
Job Description
The Management Department in the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida is seeking to fill one full-time 12-month Lecturer position. The position is non-tenure accruing with a start date of Fall 2025. The new hire will teach graduate and undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Leadership, and/or Creativity.
Expected Salary
$130,000-$160,000
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Business or a related field by August 2025. Preference will be given to candidates who have significant industry experience and/or an established program of scholarly research.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or DBA) in business or related field by August 2025.

Our department currently offers undergraduate, masters and Ph.D. programs in Management.
