Legal Administrative Assistant Pay And Benefits
- Hourly pay: $30/hr
- Worksite: Leading audio, video, and voice technologies company (San Francisco CA 94103 - Hybrid (1-2 days/week onsite))
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, Possibility of extension
- Provide administrative support, such as making photocopies, sorting and filing mail, organizing and maintaining physical files, and preparing FedEx packages.
- Scan, download, and save various documents and route correspondence into electronic files.
- Prepare, obtain signatures, and record patent-related forms such as assignments with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
- Perform word processing and Excel spreadsheet functions including documents, graphs, tables, and database retrieval.
- Handle other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or IP Operations Leadership Team.
- 1+ years of experience in a legal environment (either law firm or in-house legal dept.).
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to read, understand, and extract relevant information accurately from legal documents.
- Quick learner with the confidence to ask questions.
- Strong oral, written, and organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrates integrity and honesty in all matters.
