Job Description

Plaza law firm is seeking a legal assistant to support the Litigation Practice Group. Candidate should have strong administrative skills working in a professional office setting, including excellent communication and organizational skills, familiar with Office 365, Adobe, NetDocuments or other document management software and operating standard office equipment.

Responsibilities include:

Typing and/or editing of legal documents, pleadings, discovery and correspondence.

Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Assist with coordination, organization and verification of documents.

Scheduling and coordinating meetings

Other projects, as needed.
