- Perform standard administrative duties with precision.
- Take and process client orders electronically or via telephone.
- Maintain and confirm client schedules.
- Handle special order requests and interact with clients professionally.
- Process orders and manage client invoicing.
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- A proactive attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Independence in managing tasks with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with technology and MS Office programs; adept at learning new software (e.g., e-signing tools).
- Bachelor's degree required.
