Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to attorneys in the litigation department
Draft, review, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Manage and organize case files, documents, and exhibits
Schedule court dates, depositions, and meetings
Assist with the preparation of trial materials and exhibits
Conduct legal research as needed
Maintain calendars and track deadlines
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
Familiarity with family law is a plus
Outstanding grammar and excellent proofreading skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to type at least 65 words per minute
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
