FOR JURIS DOCTOR STUDENTS, PLEASE APPLY FOR OUR "LAW CLERK" POSITION Key Responsibilities: Provide invaluable assistance to attorneys and legal teams in case preparation and management. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases. Draft various legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Maintain and meticulously organize case files and documentation. Establish effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Offer comprehensive administrative support as required. Qualifications: Previous work at a law firm or as a legal assistant/case manager. A strong desire to pursue a career in law. Exceptional research and writing skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
