Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Responsibilities

  • Arrange senior-level internal and external meetings and conference calls.
  • Handle a high volume of phone inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain detailed calendars for attorneys.
  • Prioritize meeting requests and related logistics.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Process business travel requests.
  • Proofread and revise documents as requested.
  • Create, format, and update legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Conduct internet research as directed by attorneys.
  • Establish and maintain both paper and electronic files.
  • Foster positive business relationships with clients.
  • Fulfill any other duties required by management.

Skills

  • At least 5 years in a support role within a law firm or similar legal environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Exercise sound judgment and make decisions on behalf of attorneys.
  • Work effectively with diverse personalities in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills; adept at multitasking.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Collaborate well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Big Law or legal practices preferred.
  • Skilled in basic, advanced, and legal-specific applications.
  • Willingness to learn new technology and share knowledge with others
