LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team.
This position is 100% onsite. Litigation experience required.
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to members of the litigation practice
Managing calendars
Preparing expense reports and invoices
Corresponding with clients
Creating and editing documents
Answering phones
Requirements:
4+ years of recent litigation experience
Strong MS Office knowledge and typing skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefit offerings include medical and may include additional voluntary benefits. A healthcare stipend is provided by the firm. The anticipated salary range for this position is between $50,000-$65,000 per year based on experience.
