Remote Conflicts Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a Remote Conflicts Analyst to join our client's dynamic legal team! This role is crucial in ensuring our client's law firm maintains the highest ethical standards. While this role is fully remote, please see the residency requirements listed below.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct thorough conflict checks on new clients, matters, and lateral hires using an electronic and online database.
  • Analyze potential conflicts and communicate findings and suggested resolutions effectively.
  • Manage new matter forms and maintain accurate client/matter data.
  • Draft engagement letters, conflict waivers, and ethical screen memorandums for review.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and conflicts counsel to resolve issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate combined with recent law firm experience.
  • 2+ years of recent US law firm conflicts department experience, this is not an entry-level role
  • 2+ years of working knowledge of professional responsibility and legal ethics rules pertaining to conflicts.
  • Proficiency with Intapp (strongly preferred) or equivalent conflicts software.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects while providing an accurate work product in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt to workflow, processes, and procedures changes.
  • Ability to think critically, independently, and decisively while working collaboratively as a team.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE for this fully remote position.

While this is a full-time remote position, you must be willing to commute on rare occasions to our client's office in Minneapolis, 55402. Proximity to the client's office is required.
