We pride ourselves on providing unparalleled service to clients, so we’re looking for an experienced and passionate legal/marketing assistant to help us maintain this high standard. As the newest addition to our team, this multidisciplinary legal assistant will play pivotal roles from facilitating management of attorneys’ practices and communications, contributing to the firm’s marketing teamto maintaining complete and accurate files. This person will build collaborative working relationships with our lawyers — and earn the trust of our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, diligent, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities

  • Track deadlines to ensure legal documents are filed in a timely manner
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining lawyers’ calendars, scheduling appointments, making photocopies, and compiling complex documentation
  • Support attorneys in optimizing their billable time
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels
  • Participate in creation, production and proofing of business development presentations and website content
  • Files case documents according to judicial procedures electronically and/or in hard copy pursuant to Court rules.
  • Basic research of statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial orders, and other legal sources.
  • Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items.
  • Assists attorneys with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings.
  • Undertake other projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse responsibilities


Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or certification as legal assistant
  • Must exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment utilizing excellent judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in the marketing industry a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends
  • Ability to collaborate with attorneys and clients
  • Experience working with multiple lawyers simultaneously


The salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
