Seeking experienced legal secretary or paralegal with 2+ years’ family law experience as a legal secretary or paralegal to join our growing family law firm.
Our ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Maintaining attorney calendars
Providing general administrative support
Highly organized and detail oriented
Proficient at time management / multi-tasking
Proactively meets deadlines
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prepare pleadings and discovery
E-file pleadings with Odyssey
Draft correspondence and proofreading correspondence
Willingness to learn and take on specialized tasks
