Position Description

A leading law firm is seeking a Legal Team Assistant to provide a high level of administrative support to a group of attorneys in the New York office. This role will involve managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for generating a variety of documents, correspondence, and reports, organizing materials for upcoming meetings, and alerting the attorney of any outstanding business.

Required Skills

This position requires at least one year of experience working in an administrative capacity for high level professionals. The qualified candidate will demonstrate the ability to work well in a high-pressure setting, proficiency multitasking effectively, and exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills. The Legal Team Assistant must be a team player who can quickly adjust to changing demands and apply a detail-oriented approach.

Annual Salary (US$): 60,000-70,000 /annual
