LMT Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of massage and body therapies following milk + honey protocols
Deliver exceptional, high-end customer service to ensure a memorable experience for every client
Personify milk + honey’s Core Values in every interaction with clients and coworkers
Hours And Compensation
Massage Therapists work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Treatment rates up to $104.20, not including gratuity.
10% commission on sold retail product
Massage Therapists keep 100% of client gratuity

Qualifications And Experience
State of Texas Massage Therapy License
Must have schedule availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Natural ability to sell and educate clients on products and treatments
Special Considerations
Must be able to sustain reasonable physical activity for the duration of a scheduled shift
Sensitivity to unnecessary waste of product and a willingness to act to reduce waste
Must be able to hear so as to effectively understand customers needs
Must communicate and receive permission from clients to perform any stretching or modality that will include climbing on the table during the service
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
