In this role you will be responsible for inspections, repairs, and installations of industrial projects.
Job Responsibilites:
Performing load tests, required inspections, and appropriate troubleshooting techniques according to current ASME code
Anticipate the next task to keep the project moving
Work with different supervisors and staff according to project needs
Perform housekeeping duties for project sites
Study, know and apply all safety policies, procedures and practices
Communicate as necessary with managers, supervisors and other staff to execute assigned work
Must be willing to be available for overtime as projects require it
Properly maintain tools and safety equipment through daily inspections
Complete and verify weekly timesheet
Participate in safety training as directed
Set up and operate a variety of powered, hand-held drills, grinders and saws, as well as appropriate non-powered hand tools required to perform tasks
Keep tools organized appropriately on trucks
Climb and work safely at heights
Travel to where contracts work
Complete all other duties as assigned
Must be capable of lifting 70 lbs
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma
1+ year of construction site experience
Can travel/ comfortable with flexibility in routes
Valid Drivers License
Experience with power tools and mechanically inclined
