Linux Systems Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Linux Engineer with a diverse background to bring their skills to the next levell.

Responsibilities

• Server Management: Maintain and configure Linux servers (on-premises and cloud), manage patches, disk, packages, and security.
• User and Software Management: Create/modify user permissions, install/upgrade software, manage virtual servers, and automate processes.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, document problems, and prioritize fixes.
• User Support: Deploy/upgrade user systems, assist users with computing needs, and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitoring and Security: Monitor systems, backup/restore data, ensure policy compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of certificate management, CI/CD pipelines for Linux systems.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NIS, NFS, Red Hat IDM, FreeIPA, ftp, remote access, and security management.
• Strong logical skills and computer architectures and user interface concepts.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory to manage user accounts.
• Must have excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP and networking protocols.
• Basic understanding of mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Understanding of basic windows security features.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Powershell command basics.
