Litigation Assistant

This is a fully onsite role with one of the top law firms in the US. Must be able to come into an office in Austin, Dallas, or Houston 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process all litigation documents received from court orders, as well as arbitration review panels
• Maintain litigation records
• Handle all docketing via the firm's electronic docketing system
• Enter and track all critical litigation dates
• Prepare timely and accurate docket and case calendar reports via the docketing/calendar database system when requested
• Other duties related to litigation docketing

Qualifications:

• MUST have previous litigation docketing experience
• MUST have a degree
• Ability to come into office in Austin, Dallas, or Houston 5 days per week
