Litigation Associate

Weber Gallagher is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our growing New Castle, Delaware office. Our Delaware office has experienced exponential growth, and we are searching for another great addition to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will defend insured and self-insured clients in high exposure cases in diverse areas of general liability.
• Responsible for case management, discovery, and participation in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and assist in developing legal arguments.

Successful candidates will have one (1) to four (4) years of Delaware litigation practice experience and will have excellent analytical and research capability, strong written communication skills, willingness to learn, and a comfort level with oral advocacy. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Delaware.
