Responsibilities
Represent clients in various court matters
Conduct legal research and provide advice to clients on complex legal matters
Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
Assist with the discovery process
Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
Requirements
Candidates must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
