Job Description and Responsibilities

White and Williams LLP, a full-service law firm with a sophisticated regional litigation practice, seeks an enthusiastic associate for our litigation department. Ideally, the associate would have recently completed a judicial clerkship or have 1-2 years of experience in handling a variety of litigation. While we handle sophisticated matters and work hard, we recognize the importance of having a manageable workload, have reasonable hour expectations, and encourage taking time to pursue your passions.

If you are looking for a balance of sophisticated litigation matters with manageable workload, we encourage you to apply. Candidates should have experience, commensurate with their years, litigating in state and federal courts.

Requirements

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills required.

Law school transcript and writing sample (if available) should be provided.

New Jersey bar required.

New York bar preferred.
