Position Summary
In this role, you will take on a variety of tasks typical for an attorney, including legal research, drafting documents, and making court appearances. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing exceptional legal support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Representation: Advise and represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in arbitration settings.
- Client Meetings: Hold meetings with clients to discuss case details and progress.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues.
- Case Analysis: Evaluate potential case outcomes using your understanding of legal precedents and factual scenarios.
- Legal Drafting: Prepare legal documents, including briefs, motions, and discovery materials.
- Courtroom Presence: Present facts and advocate for clients in court, arbitration, and mediation settings.
- Depositions: Conduct and defend party, percipient, and expert depositions.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as needed to support our clients and team.
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited institution; specialization in corporate law or a related field, with a strong interest in civil litigation.
- Licensing: Licensed to practice law in California.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with proven case analysis and settlement skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with business and real estate litigation matters.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
- Technical Abilities: Competent in using basic office equipment (copy machine, printer, scanner, computer).
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility: Adaptable and able to respond quickly to urgent matters.
- Interpersonal Skills: Capable of working well with individuals from diverse backgrounds and maintaining patience.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Representation: Ability to represent our values and image positively in various forums.
