Litigation Counsel

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Counsel to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of financial litigation, invoice management, legal audit, analysis, and billing related to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement litigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes in legal matters.
• Manage all aspects of financial litigation, legal audit, and analysis for the organization.
• Oversee legal billing and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Negotiate contracts and legal agreements with clients and vendors.
• Provide legal advice and support to other departments within the organization as needed.
• Collaborate with legal and business team members to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
• Perform invoice management and billing functions related to legal services.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
• Prepare and present legal reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of experience in financial litigation, legal audit, and analysis.
• Experience with legal billing and documentation.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to draft legal agreements and contracts.
• Experience with Excel and other legal technology tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal and business team members.
