Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Scheduling and heavy calendar management
  • Proofreading and providing document production services
  • Entering attorney time and reviewing attorney bills
  • Preparing files for hearings
  • E-file pleadings and other documents with the state and/or federal courts
  • Opening files and processing conflict checks

Qualifications

The ideal construction litigation legal assistant will have a minimum of five years of legal assistant experience in a large law firm or corporate setting. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
