For the job function, the role of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Loan Assistant will utilize all of the firm’s tangible and in-tangible platforms including banking relationships, business knowledge, standardized expert template, niche acumen, and industry experience to:
Foster and improve clientele, intermediary, banking, and/or broker relationships
Assist management in the loan origination, documentation, processing and account maintenance
Obtain and manage confidential data, files, and document collection on all borrowers, lenders, 3rd party vendors for firm projects.
Conduct credit analysis to assess borrower's financial standing and loan eligibility
Requirements
Basic math principles and ability to perform calculations accurately
Basic understanding of loan origination, contract processing, or related financial services field
Ability to analyze credit reports and financial statements to assess borrower's creditworthiness
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Site visitation, hotel conference, and employee recruiting will be required (20% potential travel time- all expense paid by Firm)
