Job Responsibilities
Responsible for loan boarding, maintaining loan database, and updating our system of record for loan modifications and assumptions
Answer questions pertaining to all areas of loan servicing including payments, reserve accounts, taxes, insurance and analyze, customer issues and recommend solutions
Process escrow disbursements, analyze and maintain proper escrow levels, and assist with compiling data for audit requests
Respond to borrower correspondence via fax, email, and mail
Troubleshoot issues with borrower accounts and resolving consumer complaints and disputes
Perform Insurance and Flood tracking and all aspects of handling processing for Insurance and flood processing
Work closely with the post funding team to ensure that all loans meet investor requirements
Assist in application of payments to their respective loans
Job Requirements
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office suite
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
