Job Description

Loaner Fleet Manager at Audi West Houston is responsible for daily management of our loaner car fleet. This includes performance evaluations for the value of our no-charge daily loaner. Fleeting de-fleeting inventory. Follow-up of incident reports. Completing daily updates of loaner utilization working with service advisors, service manager and guests. The job is also guest facing as you will assist some of our guests with getting in and out of our loaner cars which requires paperwork and signatures as well as documentation of insurance and license.

This role historically has also been a launching role for advancement to other roles at Audi West Houston or our area Sonic Automotive dealerships.

Requirements

• Previous car dealership experience is a plus.
• Proven guest facing experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer care skills, including the ability to resolve customer related issues in a professional manner
• Strong problem-solving skills
• The ability to work with people of various professional backgrounds
• Desire to succeed
• Computer skills to include excel and word while using Outlook to communicate with team
• Flexible schedule may requires occasional work till closing at 7pm and occasional Saturday with notice.
