Logistics Manager

Position: Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation, inventory, and warehousing.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Track and manage inventory levels, anticipating and resolving potential shortages or overages.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, including damaged products or shipment delays.
• Collaborate with customer service to address shipping-related inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
• Optimize shipping processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; High school diploma with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing shipping documentation.
• Problem-solving skills to address shipping issues and challenges.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance requirements.

Compensation:

• Base salary: USD $60,000-80,000 annually
