Join a dynamic team supporting our Account Executive team and their network of contractors in delivering top-notch logistics services. We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics/Project Coordinator to ensure seamless coordination of services for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and assign orders to approved service providers.
Coordinate service schedules and communicate order details effectively.
Analyze service costs and determine pricing.
Maintain accurate documentation and complete necessary paperwork.
Confirm appointments and promptly address any issues.
Adjust schedules as needed and ensure timely completion of daily orders.
Build and maintain positive relationships with service providers.
Research and onboard new service partners when required.
Conduct customer feedback surveys and maintain service provider database.
Requirements
Minimum of one year experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume workloads.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of job costing and profit margins.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
