Title: ServiceNow Sr. Technical Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Job Details

  • Consultant with strong Source 2 Pay experience and ServiceNow expertise for a new implementation. This role involves providing expert advisory and implementation oversight for a Source 2 Pay (S2P) implementation project, working closely with the procurement team to set up the S2P solution.
  • Ideal candidate will have 6-8 years' experience implementing ServiceNow products in a consultative role.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Consultant, preferably with a focus on S2P projects.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with Finance (CSM) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience with Unified Internal Facing Portal for end users into P2P, Basic Access Management, Taxonomy, Case Management, Task & Workflow Management, Reporting & Dashboards, Knowledge Management, Initial Data Model with core required data, Basic request assignment routing, and Configuration support.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide clear updates and notifications to both agents and requesters.
