Client Overview:

General Manager Overview:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales and management team, to drive sales, and provide excellent customer service. This role is accountable for supporting all members of the team within the store, while training and coaching to ensure all company procedures and standards are adhered to. You would be managing 2 stores in NY and 1 store in FL. Travel would be around 2 times a month.


General Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing sales team by continually motivating staff to exceed sales and productivity goals while setting the store standard in fostering a positive, upbeat and energetic atmosphere

• Provide excellent customer service and maximize profit opportunities for the store while ensuring the Sales and Management team continuously aim to achieve all store KPI’s

• This role is accountable for supporting all members of their team within the store, while training and coaching to ensure that all company procedures and standards are adhered to

• Establishing, meeting, and exceeding sales and performance goals

• Managing the daily operations of the store through monitoring and managing various levels of store staff

• Connecting with customers, network, and establish local connections with clients

• Learn, reference, and apply product knowledge information to recommend, select, and obtain merchandise based on customers' needs

• Build lasting relationships with customers and expanding the client book

• Recognizing, and handling loss prevention situations by displaying exemplary customer service

• Planning, identifying, communicating, and delegating appropriate responsibilities and practices amongst the sales team

• Maintain a professional, positive work environment


General Manager Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Luxury Retail Store Management experience required

• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

• Strong work ethic and leadership qualities

• Ability to analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs and develop strategies

• Know how to troubleshoot, problem-solve, multi-task, and work well under pressure

• Strong organizational and customer service skills
