### About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and lead the maintenance operations in our client's Stock Prep department. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the plant's equipment and facilities.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise maintenance supervisors, planners, millwrights, and electricians.

- Oversee equipment management and maintenance operations.

- Support predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs.

- Assist in planning and executing capital projects and major repairs.

- Develop and implement training programs for maintenance employees.

- Utilize reliability engineering principles for root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.

### What We’re Looking For

- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5-10 years of relevant maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMMS; SAP experience is a plus.

- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership ability and exceptional communication skills.

- Maintenance Knowledge: Expertise in equipment servicing, process control, and maintenance programs.

- Environmental management experience in a manufacturing setting.

- Strong project management, industrial engineering, and cost analysis skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
