They will be responsible for proper and safe preparation, repair, application and continuing maintenance of painted or related surfaces, both interior and exterior of Lorien

• Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Carpentry experience, preferred
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong HVAC knowledge or certification
• Must have the ability to handle a physical workload
• Plumbing, painting and electrical experience
• Full Time Hours
• Schedule Monday- Friday - rotating weekend on-call
• Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
