As a Home Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties. The ideal candidate will have their own tools and transportation to ensure timely and efficient completion of job assignments
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Inspect and troubleshoot issues reported by homeowners and property managers, providing effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks according to established deadlines
Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards at all times
Requirements
Proven experience as a Home Maintenance Technician, with a focus on painting
Proficiency in a wide range of painting techniques and materials
Strong knowledge of general home maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills
Own tools and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required
