We are currently seeking an individual to join the Office of the CEO to drive critical projects and work streams as well as develop executive reports. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

Please note that this role is onsite and based out of our Newark, CA Headquarters.

You Will

  • Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects and stand-up new functions that do not have a natural “home” within an existing team
  • Drive high-priority activities on behalf of the Office of the CEO, spanning functions including but not limited to sales, delivery, service, marketing, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality
  • Develop materials and reports to be used by the Board of Directors and relevant Board committees leveraging content, data, and insights from across the organization
  • Track and drive action items from the Board of Directors and relevant Board committees
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Planning function and work cross-functionally to establish annual corporate rhythm and cadence

You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate development, program management, or management consulting
  • 2+ years of experience with Tableau or Advanced MS Excel Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, engineering, or other relevant fields
  • Excellent critical thinking, research, and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of products,
  • Aptitude for driving tasks to completion with minimal guidance while still operating in a team environment
  • Passion for transforming the automotive and mobility industry

Advantageous

  • Prior experience in automotive, mobility, and relevant adjacent sectors

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$105,400—$144,980 USD
