What Clinical Operations Site Management Does At Worldwide
The Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Operations (Site Management Franchise Lead - Cardio/Rare Disease/Gen Med) is responsible for providing on-time and quality delivery of site management services from assigned Clinical Trial Managers within the Cardio/Rare Disease/Gen Med teams.
These roles are the backbone of every strong CRO, helping drive breakthrough scientific research and playing a lead role in every clinical trial. What You Will Do
- Line Manager to Clinical Trial Managers, providing therapeutic and operational expertise throughout the program/project delivery lifecycle
- Ensure that projects within the Franchise are properly resourced
- Responsible for creating-collaborating with Therapeutic team to provide effective delivery strategies and solutions for Franchise projects and programs
- Act as main contact person for the Project management Franchise Lead
- Present at Proposal Defense/client meetings as needed to support new or ongoing business
- What you will bring to the role
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
- Ability to lead and motivate a team remotely
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills by offering solutions when obstacles are identified
- Strong customer focus, ability to interact professionally within a sponsor contact
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
- Four-year college curriculum with a major concentration in biological, physical, health, pharmacy or other related science and eight years of clinical research experience as a clinical research associate
- Five years or more of line management experience of Clinical Trial Managers or Clinical Trial Leads
- Extensive experience in Cardio/Rare Disease required
- Travel required
- Passport required
