What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and optimize CRM and customer lifecycle reporting.
• Create new audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Plan and execute test strategies to enhance audience engagement.
• Collaborate with various teams to analyze and improve marketing data.
• Implement and manage new marketing automation programs.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive analysis.
• Manage and execute email campaigns.
  
  

About You:

• BA degree preferred with a preferred concentration in Marketing/Communication
• 5+ years digital marketing-specific experience, optimally focused on email marketing, database marketing
• Expertise with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills and project management experience.
• Knowledge of HTML, data usage, and marketing best practices.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.
