The AIG Global Security team is focused on Physical Security, Security Operations, Executive Protection, and Investigations. The Global Investigations Division conducts investigations into physical security related incidents as well as the investigation of external (non-claims) related fraud and scams aimed at the firm.

How You Will Create An Impact


  • Conduct Open-Source Investigations on case investigations to support the Investigation team and other security teams.
  • Respond to any reports of scams or external fraud attempts (non-claims related) against the firm and conduct investigations into the attempt working with the Snr Manager, Field Investigations
  • Build cases and profile the offenders, working with Legal to ensure that any take-down notices are implemented.
  • Collect and manage investigation data to produce actionable intelligence for follow up proactive case work.
  • Manage the Investigation case management system, keeping information up to date and producing reports on all Global Security case work.
  • Maintain contacts with relevant industry specialists, industry associations and police/law enforcement on all levels.
  • Manage all vendors associated with Open-Source Investigations and proactive investigation work.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Third-Party Background Check program to assist with increasing compliance of the program and reducing risk to the firm.
  • Support the Global Security Operations and Proactive Intelligence teams as needed.

What You Will Need To Succeed


  • 5+ years of proven experience in conducting open source / on-line investigations within a security or police/law enforcement environment.
  • A high-level knowledge base of conducting desk-top investigations and using data to support case work.
  • Having knowledge of and maintaining access to, Country/Federal, Province/State and Local level Joint Task Forces and Police/Law enforcement agencies.
  • Detail orientated with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong capabilities for data entry and customer service (use of Power BI, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and e-mail).
  • Capable of efficient and organized multitasking with the ability to work under time constraints, meeting deadlines.
  • Travel and extended work hours may be required from time to time.
