Key Responsibilities:
Support daily retail operations according to company policy
Oversee report preparation and employee scheduling
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
Provide excellent customer service and sales support
Utilize transactional equipment efficiently
Enforce cash handling procedures and security controls
Perform inventory duties and maintain confidentiality
Perform tasks with minimal supervision
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years of supervisory experience
High School diploma or GED
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Basic math and computer skills
Physical ability to perform required tasks
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Authorization to work in the United States
