We’re searching for an MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER that can work with customer requirements to determine the engineering processes, tooling, fixtures and machine setups that will be needed to machine their components.



This growing division in the Philadelphia / NJ region manufactures highly complex, tight tolerance precision machined parts & electro-mechanical assemblies, primarily for Medical Device, Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas etc…



This is a “highly visible” & “hands-on” role reporting to the Site GM with 6 direct reports.

  • You would use your vision for the future & define a technology roadmap for equipment / automation needs for CNC machining & Assembly.
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager & other department leaders on DFM / DFA
  • Use your leadership skills to manage, engage, mentor teams and inspire change.



EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 7+ years of Hands-on leadership experience within a CNC machining / manufacturing environment
  • In-depth understanding of CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, tooling, equipment, materials requirements
  • Degreed Engineer
  • US Citizenship / US Permanent Resident
