Oversee the configuration, implementation, and support of network installations.
Provide leadership for network support and troubleshooting across the enterprise network.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and technical teams to identify and cultivate network design, installation, and support opportunities.
Establish and maintain a structured work schedule, including on-call availability, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to network technologies, topology, equipment, and configurations. This includes setting standards, methods, and producing environment drawings.
Experience / Requirements:
Extensive experience with large-scale Cisco enterprise networking solutions, encompassing design, implementation, and support.
10+ years of experience in installing, upgrading, and maintaining Cisco ISR routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Cisco CCNP certification.
