Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Use internal tools to track operations and supply chain data, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Communication: Provide updates to various stakeholders on operations and supply chain status, facilitating informed decision-making across teams.
  • Tool Enhancement: Improve and refine internal tools and models used to monitor operations and supply chain performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance our supply chain setup and streamline downstream business operations.
  • Adaptation: Monitor and anticipate supply chain changes, making necessary adjustments to address evolving external factors.
  • Opportunity Identification: Develop a deeper understanding of business fundamentals and pinpoint ways to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in business data analysis, ideally with a background in business analytics.
  • Skills: Proficient in Excel and spreadsheets, with the ability to build models and extract actionable insights.
  • Critical Thinking: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess assumptions and make informed decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present ideas and insights clearly and effectively.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with SQL is a plus. Familiarity with the fashion industry and business operations like buying and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
