YOUR IMPACT

The Manager of Franchise Sales (Internal) is responsible for presenting development territories to qualified existing brand partners (franchisees) as determined through market playbooks. This individual must demonstrate the following competencies: relationship building, sales expertise, strategic thinking, and strong analytical and communication skills.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Responsible for the execution of market specific playbooks with regards to existing brand partners in support of Wingstop’s overall U.S. Development Master Plan.
  • Execute market specific playbooks and drive development pipeline through the creation of development agreements to existing Wingstop brand partners.
  • Partner and work collaboratively with Operations, Real Estate, and Market Analytics teams to execute market playbooks and sell aligned upon development agreements per the market playbooks to existing brand partners.
  • Craft development agreements and aligning on an appropriate development timeline.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with franchise compliance team.
  • Other duties as assigned.


WHO YOU ARE

HUMBLE: You are business-savvy with 3+ years in the Franchising industry. You are naturally curious and obsessed with professional development and self-improvement. Energetic and focused, you thrive working in teams or flying solo. You have an undergraduate degree in Business or another related field. Possessing an MBA is a plus.

HUNGRY: Quick on your feet, you have a passion to get things done in a timely manner. Managing multiple projects and timelines is something that you thrive on.

SMART: You demonstrate strong verbal and communication skills, patient as you deal with demanding situations and exhibit solid decision-making abilities. You have great attention to detail.


A DAY IN THE LIFE

So, what does ‘all in a day’s work’ look like to a Wing Expert in this role? Your day could shape up like this:

  • Regular use of a computer and other technology is essential to the successful completion of your everyday roles & responsibilities.
  • Frequent use of mental energy while expressing or exchanging ideas and information with other departments, brand partners, and Wingstop team.
  • Regular use of physical energy while traveling to meet with brand partners.
  • Anticipate roughly 25% travel meeting with brand partners and WRI real estate/franchise operations team in the support of drafting development agreements.
  • Effective communication and attention to detail around analysis and all parts of the development agreement process while maintaining quality and a sense of urgency.
