Position Overview: Under the guidance of the Operations Manager (OM), the Manager of Site Operations (MSO) plays a critical leadership role in ensuring operational effectiveness across multiple accounts. The MSO will oversee service delivery, personnel management, client services, and financial performance. They will lead front-line employees, optimize workflows, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


General Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Hire, train, and schedule employees; manage contracts and budgets.
  • Enforce internal policies and procedures.


Primary Duties:

  • Foster a collaborative work environment with effective communication channels.
  • Lead and inspire staff to reach their full potential.
  • Oversee payroll, performance evaluations, recruitment, and retention efforts.
  • Partner with leadership to meet and exceed contractual obligations.
  • Review and enforce policies and protocols to enhance customer service.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, staff, and business units.
  • Support and facilitate communication between staff and management.
  • Remain accessible for phone and video calls.

Client Services:

  • Collaborate with Medical Client Leads (MCL) to address client-driven medical service issues.
  • Plan and facilitate regular meetings and reviews with clients.
  • Gather data and refine presentations for delivery.
  • Address personnel and service issues promptly and develop action plans.
  • Support timely client invoicing by providing necessary information.


Employee Engagement:

  • Implement innovative strategies to create a positive work culture.
  • Develop and execute plans to attract and select exceptional candidates.
  • Provide comprehensive training programs and ongoing support.
  • Partner with HR to ensure appropriate staffing levels and efficient schedules.
  • Foster a supportive and rewarding work environment.
  • Mentor and guide team members, offering professional development opportunities.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with team leaders and front-line teams for updates.

  • Strong financial literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, providers, and clients.
  • Apply exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Periodic on-camera presence required for this remote position.


Qualifications:

  • Required: 2-3 years of direct experience managing employees.
  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
  • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare.
  • Preferred: Experience working in a healthcare setting.
